Overview
Before scanning your repositories with Mend for GitHub Enterprise, you must create and install the Mend for GitHub Enterprise app in your Mend organization. The installation process entails creating 3 container images. The images will be for creating a controller container, at least one scanner container capable of performing SCA and SAST scans, along with an option to be dedicated for SAST, and a remediate container. Together, these containers and a custom GitHub app make up the Mend for GitHub Enterprise integration.
