Overview
This article describes the data model used to organize the Mend Platform. The Mend Platform is organized into three levels of visibility: Organizations, Applications, and Projects.
How Organizations, Applications, and Projects work

A Project in the Mend Platform is mapped to a build or module in your development environment and is the basic building block for displaying findings in the Mend Platform.

An Application is comprised of multiple related projects assigned to it. Findings found within the Projects associated with an Application are aggregated.

An Organization is comprised of all the Applications within it. Findings found within all of the Applications within the Organization are aggregated.
