Mend Accessibility Compliance

Overview

Mend is committed to providing on-demand enterprise applications accessibility to all individuals, including users working with assistive devices, such as speech recognition software and screen readers.

To help meet our goal of universal design, mend’s web-based interface follows the internationally-recognized best practices in Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 Level A to the fullest extent possible.

Vision

Mend supports standard browsers and operating system level. Low-vision users who require magnification can adjust the zoom setting based on their needs.

The NVDA/ VoiceOver screen reader provides audible output of the visual information displayed on your screen and access core applications without relying on visual cues.

Hearing

Hearing is not required to utilize the Mend web-based interface.

Speech

Mend’s web-based interface does not require speech input.

Mobility

Navigate through the Mend web-based interface with the touch screen keyboard. Note that certain menu functions and buttons require the use of a mouse or touchscreen to activate them.

Cognitive

Mend’s web-based interface functions in a way that is 100% open and accessible to all users, even those with cognitive or learning impairments. End-users with disabilities can open support a request directly at mailto:support@mend.io.
