GPLv2 with the Classpath Exception in the Mend CLI

In some scenarios, the Mend CLI uses Eclipse Temurin OpenJDK 17, licensed under GPLv2 with the Classpath Exception, as a runtime engine.

• The JDK implementation itself is licensed under GPLv2, but applications in the classpath that are executed at runtime are not directly affected by GPLv2.
