Exporting a Global Account Report

Mend enables Admin users that have access to a Global account to generate and export certain reports spanning all organizations that belong to a Global Account.

Note: You must be a defined Global Admin user to access a report from the Global Admin Console.

To export a global account report:

1. From the Web Console menu bar, select Global Admin.

2. Under Settings, select Account Report Export.
   The Account Report Export screen is displayed listing the available reports. For example:
   

   

3. Click the Export to Excel link alongside the report you want to export.
   A dialog box opens enabling you to filter the report using a LIKE search (simple wildcard matches).
   Current options for filtering are: Library Name (for Inventory Report or Security Alerts by Library report) or Vulnerability ID (CVE) (for Security Alerts by Vulnerability report).

4. If required, enter the name of the library by which you want to filter the report (or enter a CVE number), and click Export.
   The report is generated asynchronously and once it is ready, it will be available in the My Reports section under your profile name.

   

Note: You will also receive an email notification when the report is ready.

To download a report in Excel format:
