Managing a Global Administrator Account

Overview

In a global organization, multiple organizations are managed by one Mend Global Administrator account.

You can manage your Global Administrator account via the Global Admin Console.

In order to access this Console, you must be a defined Mend Global Admin user.

Accessing the Global Admin Console

To access the Global Admin Console, do as follows:

1. From the Web Console menu bar, select Global Admin.
   The Global Admin Console screen is displayed.

   

From this Console, you can do the following:

• Integrate SAML 2.0 with Mend (for both an Organization and Global account)

• Define and edit Global Admin users

• View the organizations that are mapped to a Global Account

• Export a Global Account report
