I have Github Enterprise, which Repository integration should I use?

If you have Github Enterprise Cloud (domain ends with github.com) you can use either Mend for Github.com or Mend for Github Enterprise. Customers who self-host their own Github Enterprise environment will need to use Mend for Github Enterprise.

Mend for Github.com is our Mend Hosted solution for Github repositories. This option is the easiest to set up and get started using Mend. More information about how the Mend Hosted Repository integration works see Cloud Repository Integration - High Level Architecture
