Missing Alerts on Home Screen

If you are wondering why some or all of the alert types show up empty in your home screen under “Organization Alerts” (as depicted below), it’s probably because of the relevant alert type(s) being disabled under Admin → Alerts.

Click the ‘enable’ button to enable the alert type, then click ‘Save and Apply’.

Now, navigate back to the home page, where you are expected to see the relevant alert type figure.
