Can't Find Support Cases
Changing Case List Views
In the Mend Support Portal, community users can view any case created and owned by them, including cases opened by their peers.
One common reason for not being able to find a support case is because of the view at the top left under Case Information:

If you are looking for a case you haven’t viewed recently, it may not appear on the list of Recently Viewed cases, in which case you will need to change the view according to the correct case type:
