System Access

Enabling the “System Access” option allows the Mend Support team to impersonate your organization to help you with any problems. The access is limited to read privileges, so Mend will never perform any changes on your data. Additionally, the time spend by a Mend employee impersonating an organization is tracked so you can always check that your organization is only accessed when you have asked for help.
